Kristen
Durkin, Director of Business Development
Kristen Durkin is responsible for managing
IIPE client relationships. She oversees the development of client-specific
strategies, establishes target company lists, and analyzes corporate
structures.
Kristen possesses a strong background in candidate sourcing, and has first-hand experience with all the functions essential to effective executive search — candidate cold calling, pre-qualifying screening, in-depth interviewing, and candidate profile assessment. For four years, Kristen was a key member of the Research team at K. Russo Associates, executive recruiting and human resource specialists. Previously, she worked in research for a CPA/CFE specialty executive search firm.
Kristen holds a Bachelor of
Science in Legal Studies, Magna Cum Laude, from CUNY John Jay College
of Criminal Justice.
Kristen is a member of the National Society for Hispanic Professionals.
